Best IDE for Javascript Ubuntu

I was wondering, I have been looking for a good IDE for web development in ubuntu which everyone uses different IDEs for different programming languages, like I use eclipse and Netbeans to program android and java respectively and I search and found that you use razor editor and notepad++ for php and javascript respectively, but in ubuntu we can’t find them, is there any lightweight IDE in ubuntu to develop javascript and php
