Have you ever seen a cool infographic, bookmarking it only to lose it forever? I know that feeling. In this article, I’m going to list down some of the best digital marketing resources I found valuable in the last year. These are things that helped my business grow and also made me learn more about digital marketing.

You may be new to digital marketing, or you may have been online since the launch of the internet. Whichever is the case, one thing is for certain: digital marketing is constantly evolving.

Unless you work in digital marketing full time, it’s fair to assume you might not have time to keep abreast of all the constant changes in the industry. After all, you have a business to run! The wealth of information available online is overwhelming, to say the least.

We want to help! To save you time, we’ve compiled a list of the ten best online resources for digital marketing information. In no particular order, here are our favorite go-to sites for digital marketers.

1. Zest

Zest is a content sharing platform that we think you’re going to love. The creators of the site know just how much information is out there for digital marketers. In order to “distill” that content, they created Zest, a community of marketers who publish actionable, relevant, long-form content. Before publication, a piece must be approved by the Zest tribe for usefulness and other qualities.

Anyone can use Zest. Simply enter a few keywords or browse the content. You’ll find resources related to email marketing, metrics, SEO and more. For an even easier way to use Zest, install the Zest New Tab to your Chrome browser.

2. Social Media Today

Social media is an important component of your digital marketing strategy, but the platforms are constantly changing. Keep up with the most current social media trends by checking out Social Media Today.

Whether you’re learning the basics of social media marketing or want to learn how to use social media for small business, Social Media Today has information for you. Search for a topic you’re interested in or subscribe to receive the latest news in your email inbox. Social Media Today is a must-visit for anyone incorporating social into their digital marketing strategy.

3. Hubspot

HubSpot is one of the most well-known and trusted names in digital marketing. The site offers a huge array of resources related to content and inbound marketing. Learn the basics of blogging or delve deeper into how to use analytics tools. It’s all on HubSpot.

You can browse or search HubSpot, but for the best experience we recommend you subscribe. Use Messenger, Slack or just your email to receive tips, tricks and valuable information as it comes available.

4. HubSpot Academy

If you’re looking for a more interactive experience, check out HubSpot Academy. A sister site to HubSpot, HubSpot Academy offers free training and certifications to those interested in digital marketing. Choose from inbound marketing certifications, social media certifications or one of the many lessons available on the platform.

HubSpot Academy continually updates courses and lessons, so you can be sure your lessons are based on current trends and best practices. Signing up is simple and free.

5. Neil Patel

If you’re only just beginning to build your online presence, we highly recommend you start with Neil Patel. This New York Times bestselling author leads subscribers step by step through the process of learning digital marketing.

In addition to Patel’s Marketing School, the influencer also offers a huge collection of blog posts and podcasts to assist you with your digital marketing strategy. Subscribe to Neil Patel’s newsletter for updates in your inbox.

6. Search Engine Journal

Search Engine Journal is another great resource for marketers of all experience levels. The content you’ll find on the site features blog posts and articles by industry leaders. However, explore a little further and you’ll find ebooks, podcasts, webinars and more.

Those who are just beginning to get started with digital marketing will appreciate the Beginner’s Guide to SEO, while more seasoned digital marketers will love the in-depth analysis articles related to Google algorithms and more. For the latest news, connect with Search Engine Journal on Facebook or subscribe to one (or all) of their four newsletters.

Much more than just a search engine marketing resource, SEMRush is one of the most in-depth resources for digital marketers. The articles and blog posts within the site are usually geared toward more experienced digital marketers, but beginners will benefit as well.

In addition to the SEMRush blog, we think you’ll be interested in the webinars and podcasts. You may also get a kick out of the games on the site. Nightmare on SEO Street and Keyword Kombat will help you learn about SEO in your down time.

9. IMPACT

The blog at IMPACT is a great resource for digital marketers looking to stay up to date with industry news. From Google product updates to WordPress announcements, IMPACT’s blog contains the most important news relevant to digital marketing.
